Visiting the Kids Castle Nursery website or registering for our services constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.
Registration and Admission
Parents undertake to provide true and accurate information at registration.
All required documents must be submitted for admission to be processed.
The nursery reserves the right to decline any child where no places are available or the conditions are not met.
A child's admission is final once the documents are complete and the fees have been paid.
Fees and Payment
Fees are payable by their due dates in accordance with the nursery's financial policies.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Where payment is more than 7 days late, the nursery reserves the right to suspend the service until the account is settled.
Monthly fees already paid are not refunded for a child's absence.
Drop-off and Collection
Parents must observe the drop-off and collection times announced by the nursery.
A child will be released only to a parent or to a person authorised in advance.
The nursery reserves the right to ask for identification from the person collecting a child.
Health and Safety
Parents must inform the nursery at registration of any medical condition or allergy affecting their child.
The nursery does not admit children with contagious illnesses, for everyone's safety.
Should a child become unwell at the nursery, the parent will be contacted immediately; in an emergency, an ambulance will be called.
Activities and Facilities
The nursery reserves the right to arrange programmes and activities appropriate to each age group.
Parents consent to their child taking part in safe indoor and outdoor activities.
The nursery reserves the right to amend programmes as it sees fit in everyone's interest.
Photography and Documentation
The nursery may document classroom activities for educational and administrative purposes.
Photography takes place only with the parent's permission, and images are used only on our designated social channels or within the nursery's own app.
Parents may decline photography of their child at registration.
Privacy Policy
Kids Castle Nursery is committed to protecting the privacy of children and the data of their parents.
No information is shared with third parties except with the parent's written permission or as required by the official authorities.
Holidays and Compensation
The nursery follows the official holiday calendar of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In the event of a forced closure (emergency circumstances), the nursery reserves the right to take appropriate measures with no obligation to refund fees.
Changes to These Terms
Kids Castle Nursery reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes will be published on this website.
Acceptance
Using this website or registering a child at the nursery constitutes full acceptance of all the terms and conditions set out above.
